Happy August!

Hi Everyone,

We made it through the 2023 Vino & Vulvas season! I loved all three of these events individually and I also loved the story they told when all threaded together. This is 6 and a half hours of content that can radically change your relationship with yourself and with partners. I'm so thankful to the nine experts who helped me deliver it! I've had a couple experiences of hearing from people who attended and can tell me all of the ways they immediately started integrating the work into their lives. THIS IS WHY I DO THIS!! Thanks for sharing!

The other exciting thing is that I just wrapped up the second cohort of the Pelvic Health Sexuality Counseling program and it continues to give me LIFE! I love seeing the changes in the participants and how they're seeing their work through new eyes. And, of course, working with UC is one of the best parts! Pelvic Global Academy and Tracy Sher have been fantastic partners in this endeavor!

As far as my writing... Wow. The whole act of writing has taken on a life of it's own for me. It's how I think and process and has really become such a foundational part of how I keep figuring myself out in this life. It's not an easy job we have, being human, right now. Writing has been my happy place. I'm about to complete the first draft of my third novel which is an integration of the entire culmination of this years Vino & Vulvas theme (figuring out what you want and how to say it and get it) and my renewed love of dancing, and diving deep into shadow work... and sex... of course there's sex.

I've got a few more local projects that are in the works for you Ashevillians, so please keep an eye out for these ways we can do more in-person delights. But for now, I'm just going to soak in the rest of the summer with as many opportunities with friends on the river as I can.
